The hotel is situated right on the water, offering a grand location with a fabulous ocean view. The rooms are decent, but those closer to the sea and with a butler tend to be pricier. The staff, from the approachable General Manager to the butlers and restaurant team, are incredibly welcoming and friendly.

I had an unforgettable stay marked by impeccable rooms especially at sunset; however, a glitch in the system led to their unavailability at my booking time. The service wouldn't have been the same without the wonderful and respectful staff who attended to every need, ensuring a pleasant experience. The location, with charming green monkeys and a gentle blue sea flowing onto white sand, was truly remarkable despite the unfortunate issue of crows pooping on the chairs. The dining options were not included in the price but offered a great selection, while the facilities were top-notch, providing all the necessary comforts.

Staying at the hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were spacious and beautifully renovated, offering a large oceanfront view from the veranda. The gardens surrounding the hotel added a touch of serenity and beauty to the stay, although the connection between guests and staff could be improved.

The hotel offers a beautiful view straight through the huge French windows to the beach from the very good size balcony. The rooms are well appointed with really good balcony views across the ocean; however, due to a glitch in the system, balconies were not available at the time of booking.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms overlooking the lovely beach and gorgeous sea were just fabulous. Each room has sea views, and we were on the ground floor, making it even more charming. The rooms are well-appointed, a comfortable size, and have a large balcony complete with a table and a large round sunbed. The service from the maintenance man was exceptional, going out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. The location is excellent, right on the beach and a short taxi ride to Holetown and some fantastic restaurants. Although the dining experience was excellent in an open-air beachfront dining area, it could benefit from a little more training. The facilities were top-notch, providing a wonderful overall experience.
